Description

This is a 100% 3D printable Y-connector/splitter solution for the Bambulab printers P1P, P1S or X1.

The only thing you will need is 30mm PTFE tube between the PTFE tube connector of your printer and the Y-connector/splitter, see the image (blue PTFE tube).

Remember to push the PTFE tube all the way inside the Y-splitter it must touch the inner “stops”.

The mounting plate is optional the Y-connector/splitter works just fine without it.

If you choose to use the mounting plate use the screws on the back, see frontpage image.

gave it a 4star only because when clipped in, I have ams feed issues at this junction. that said, when not clipped to the bracket, my ams is not having issues ensure that your ptfe tubes are pushed all the way in to the "stop", otherwise filament will catch that "stop" and jam.

Can you see why? I have not had any issues maybe the curve of the PTFE tube is too "sharp".

i noticed today that it did that as well to me. as soon as i unclipped it it fed right in and kinda binded up a slight bit but then popped in. figured it was just the way i cut the filament

Good Design! Works good, the only "problem" is, the filament change makes scratching noises, but I did't noticed any affecting the print quality

Printed out very nicely in PETG Clear. Attached to the printer and it's looking good so far.
