This is from a size 11.5 (not to scale) Adidas Ultra Boost 3.0 in Trace Khaki. Should be moderately easy to 3D print given you use some support for the lace aglets.

Should be just a little support to remove under the sole and then for the lace aglets.
How I Designed This
3D scanning with Autodesk ReCap Photo
I took a bunch of picture of it from every angle, then used Autodesk's ReCap Photo to create the 3D file. It took a little cleanup work, and I sliced off the bottom to give a nice, flat printing surface.
