Description
Protect the delicate condenser fins of your Midea PortaSplit outdoor unit with these easy-to-install honeycomb grills.
No drilling, screws, or glue required! Simply place them onto the fins for a secure fit.

Included Sizes
The condenser sections are not all the same size, so multiple versions are included.
To cover the entire unit I needed:
- 1× 41.8 mm
- 6× 74.8 mm
- 6× 71.8 mm
- 13× 79.8 mm
- 13× 86.2 mm
For the none-square part I am working on a specialized piece but this will take a few more days to finish.
All sizes are labeled in the print profiles. A mixed plate containing one of each size is also included.
Printing
I've used PETG and ASA due to the heat and sunlight exposure of the outdoor unit. I won't use any PLA which might melt and ruin your unit. I cannot guarantee if PETG will be hard enough, summer will show for me. But I only had very few ASA available.
About Airflow
In my own testing, I noticed no measurable impact on cooling performance, efficiency, or power consumption. However, results may vary depending on your installation. Use at your own risk.
