DO NOT USE CHEAP CRAP FROM ALIEXPRESS OR LOW CURRENT CELLS
How to wire the 21700 battery:
Cut two round nickel/steel piece. Solder a silicon wire onto it and then spot weld to battery. Don't solder directly to the cell to avoid damage.
Print frame with PLA-CF or stiffer material
Print other parts in PETG
DO NOT USE PETG FOR THE FRAME
