Heltec T096 Case - Heatset Version

This is a remix of another case found elsewhere on the web. I have:

• Enlarged the 18650 battery enclosure for better hand feel
• Enlarged the SMA space to encompass larger SuperBat 3 inch Mini PCI to SMA Female cables
• Changed it to take 8 10x3mm heatset inserts
• Enlarged the antenna spacing to fit larger antennas

Now, I have completely messed up the top left heatset insert. Basically, the other 3 bolts are M3x16mm, but one needs to be M3x12mm because they don't quite align. Sorry about that. 

I haven't ever managed to get this to fit a 3d printed 18650 enclosure, so this is sized for an off-the-shelf version and secured in place with double sided foam. It works well, and much better than superglue.
