Flexi Corn Cob is perfect pencil case and a fun fidget toy. Since it’s designed to be printed in place without supports, it should be a straightforward print.

Please dont print the whole model - test your filament first. I would strongly recomend to use new spool for this model.

Easy way to open it  - is to deacrese your normal printing temperature by 5-10 degrees.

Please dont use sharp tools.

As always, if you encounter any issue, please let me know in comment section.

Excellent results as a hand fidget, but unsuitable as a pencil case

Because both ends are sealed. Unless I am doing something wrong (likely), the bottom of mine is sealed shut with your logo on it. Great print but the pics/vids do not show opening the bottom for the 1st time.

It printed OK but it was so easy to remove, even immediately after the print ended. It felt like it was about to let loose. I would add a brim, just in case, since the piece is so tall and the base is relatively small. I ordered a super tacky bed plate for cases like this. The screw-like part, used to separate the bottom rows, is too tight a fit. I would scale it down to 96%. I didn't use it. I separated each corn 'kernel' using a sharp wedge tool. The bottom screw-in cap is OK.

I was very curious if it would actually separate like expected. Yes, it did. It was scary to bend and twist it but it started to separate. I eventually discovered you are supposed to be cut out the bottom center carefully in order to use the threaded cap. 10/10, love it for its uniqueness and clear phallic nature. Even my 3D printed clone of my actual dog is curious.

https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/art/baby-flexi-dog-keychain-set-3-set-of-10 The creator has several sets of flexy dogs and they are all amazing. I spent like $20US for all the sets with dogs and printed almost all of them in multicolor. Needless to say everyone got a flexi dog as part of the bow/nametag last Christmas. I painted the model in BambuStudio to look like my actual dog. https://immich.mazzina.us/share/b-oJtzCI39jSoBUrKtYj5Th9WmztbbNxY2F2xk4CsJPtmbfdXWEfCbX_gGkP20SGoMU

Too cool to not print. Very easy print, turned out perfect. I did it in abs because that's what I had in yellow.

Printedperfectly! No issues at all. Trying to break this up was tricky. I ended up breaking several of the connections in the process. So I repinted it. I read several of your recommendations and lowered the temperature to 205. It was still a bit tricky but it was easier to break them apart. I ended up using this 3d printed knife which fit the kernels perfectly to allow them to break free. It would be great to adjust the print temperature so it can be printed easier from handy app.

Great design... Your flexi pine cone came out great and flexi as expected but this corn cob design is not flexi. It is like one STRONG corn cob. I only added 10mm of outer brim and leave other setting as is. Do you have any suggestion i can try?

do you see the gaps (dark blue lines) in bambu studio when you slice it? and if you use basic pla from Bambu then try to descrise your printing temperature to 205C.

just need to do a little bit of filament temperature testing

came out great. put put both fans on max speed and lowered my temp to 210. The only hard part of a part is the very top and struggling with, but I’ll get it.
