This design is customizable with makerworlds customize function. This allows the perfect dimensions for your specific phone with the best cabinet to phone headspace. 

• NOTE it is recommended to have layerheight of 0.16mm for the hinge to print perfectly.

TIPS FOR DOING CUSTOM

• Use the biggest phone in the household as reference
• Use the size including phonecase
• Width MUST be around ½-⅓ of the phones height or the design will break.

PREMADE SIZES

The Generic big size is made for phones up to 165x88x11mm including case. With currently only 16mm cabinet.
The Generic Iphone size is made with the measurments 77x153x12. It will fit most regular iphones with a normal case due to the built in tolerance.
It will also fit other phones with +- 5mm of that size.

How to print!

As mentioned earlier it will need to be printed with 0.16mm layer height. due to the slicer making a seam, the hinge mechanism will be stiff. you will have to Use force to bend it and “Snap it loose”, i recommend letting it cool down fully before bending, then it will work as it should.
