I tried several existing designs, but ran into issues — particularly the strap twisting when tightening or removing the cap.
So I decided to design my own version.
Key improvements:
- Tapered inner edge – Matches the cap and allows the strap to rotate freely as the cap is turned.
- Shorter strap – Reduces excess movement and prevents the strap from wrapping around the cap.
