Milwaukee M18 Tool and Battery Mounts

*** Update 1 - 10/28/2023 ***

Revised tolerances of model so that fit is a little bit looser and releases from the battery a lot smoother.
Revised thickness of batteries mounting face so that the larger High Output batteries can be mounted flush to a surface without the battery interfering with the mounting surface.

Tool mount will work with most tool types, intended to be underhung mount but can be side mounted if it suites a certain tool. The battery mounts will work with any M18 battery and can me mounted in any orientation as it uses the batteries locking mechanism to hold it into place. Use 2 #8 screws to attach them to whatever you want.

I've printed these out of PLA and Pro PLA with no issues with strength but might want to use PETG or ABS if you want to use these in something like a work truck or other environment that might get really hot in warm weather.

good print for the batery rack but a major problem for the tool rack cause the hook on every of my drill make it impossible to clip so i had to shim every one of them …

Very good. The other print was too tight for aftermarket radio, this one is perfect.

Great print in Petg however will not work on my m18 batteries. the holder only has on grove and my batteries have 2 bump outs you can see this in the pictures. so it stops my batteries from going in.

Remix it, or maybe @IndomReps can do it more quickly since he has the original CAD/STEP files. Should be a pretty quick change.

printed great, only thing I’d like to see if the base can be made longer so the metal clip doesn’t have to be removed

only thing I add if I could, a lip on the one that holds the tool so itd clip on like the battery one does. Then I wouldn't have to worry about it sliding off.
