After countless attempts, I believe that the PC-4 screw connectors are the biggest source of error. That's why I developed this split Y-splitter without hardware, which works perfectly for me; I've been testing it for three weeks without any issues. Printed with PLA+. PETG is not suitable; it's too fragile for the size and threads. No gluing is required; the screw connections hold everything together perfectly. I also created a holder, but I don't use it. The splitter is relatively small and very light, and works very well even without a holder. For optimal results, I recommend printing the splitter with a 0.2 mm nozzle.
