Dry box and storage container (IKEA 792.767.60)

After downloading and printing a few storage solutions, i wasn't satisfied with them. I bought a lot of IKEA boxes (article number: 792.767.60) checked other models and build up a new inlay from scratch for the 10.6 liter box.

~220 g filament of your choice

Assembly (No tools required!)

1. Press the 608 bearings into the roller tubes on both sides until it stops. There are stops designed.
2. Gently insert the roller tubes into the mount points on the base (take care to not bend the single mount point, instead make sure you are bending the complete base)
3. Press insert the magnets. Most of them are optional and not mandatory, except the magnets in the front cover and handle (3 pieces). If you require more magnetic force, try to stack magnets.
4. Fill the baskets with ~50 g or 1 or 2 bags of silica gel 
5. Slide the baskets into the tray in the front cover until your hear a snap/click. IF you want to remove the basket, just lift the release mechanism and slide out the basket.
6. Put everything into the IKEA box and you are done :-)

I use the boxes as storage but also can be use a filament feed boxes if you tap holes and make them air tight.
The the extraction handle has room for two magnets to increase the magnetic force when the silica baskets are completely filled. Still handle the extraction with care to prevent a drop.
