Description

German:

 

Dry Box für Spulen mit einem Durchmesser von 200mm und einer Breite von 65mm.

Der Rollenhalter passt in die verlinkten 4L Dosen von Amazon.

Er ist komplett neu konstruiert, ich habe mich an unterschiedlichen Designs orientiert.

 

Rollenhalter + Rollen:

Diese Teile können ohne Korrekturen gedruckt werden, die Lagersitze haben 0,2mm Spiel.

 

Filamentdurchführung M14x1,5-G1/8:

Mutter M14x1,5 +0,15mm Loch-Kompensation

Schraube mit G1/8 +0,05mm Loch-Kompensation

 

 

English:

 

Dry box for spools with a diameter of 200mm and a width of 65mm.

The roll holder fits into the linked 4L cans from Amazon.

It is completely redesigned, I based it on different designs.

 

Roll holder + wheels:

These parts can be printed without corrections, the bearing seats have 0.2mm play.

 

Filament feedthrough M14x1.5-G1/8:

Nut M14x1.5 +0.15mm hole compensation

Screw with G1/8 +0.05mm hole compensation

Very nice, i wanted to set licence to SA, that was my mistake when I published it. I like remixes an mods of my Parts :)

A very good project. I've been looking for rollers that can handle the Bambu Lab Spools, they run about 67 mm. I took the rollers and scaled it to 69 mm in the Z direction. Then I took the scale factor and scaled the base and desicant cover in the Y direction. Printed them and it fit in my 4L container from US Amazon and it can accept the Bambu lab Filament spools. I would do a remix of it if I can figure out how to do it. I'm fairly new at this. Thanks Also couldn't figure out how to make my photo bigger but its a picture with a Bambu spool in my new print.

Hey thank your for your feedback. Yes, the EU Box is smaller than the US Box. On printables are the wider files. +2mm +5mm +10mm. You can use this 3mf, change the files in Studio and print it like the other. BG

Holla, ich habe mir das Zubehör wie in ihrer Beschreibung bestellt, und wollte gerade mit dem Druck beginnen. Leider bin ich mir jetzt unsicher, da wie hier beschrieben der Druck bezüglich der Größe angepasst werden muss. Ich bin ganz frisch dabei und nutze ebenfalls das original Bambulab Filament. Sie erwähnen in ihrem Beitrag 3mf verwenden. Gibt es hierzu fertige Dateien oder remixe Vorlagen? Ich würde mich sehr über eine Antwort freuen UND !! vielen Dank fürs teilen, war lange auf der Suche nach einer guten Lösung wie ihre :-)

Mahlzeit. Die anderen Dateien beziehen sich nur auf Boxen mit anderen Größen, die sind zum ausprobieren auf printables. Die Dateien hier bei makerworld in der 3mf sind passend für die verlinkten Boxen. Es kann einfach gedruckt werden, ohne dass Anpassungen gemacht werden müssen, die Profile von mir sind passend eingestellt. Viel Spaß basteln! :)

Printed very easily and with hardly any filament. The bearings fit with relative ease and allows the spool to spin easily in the box. I wanted a dry box to print some tpu from and have now printed a case for my phone and my wife and 2 cases for our air pods.
