This is another model of hinges. You can create it as needed, the model is fully customizable.

The Toothbrush Travel Case Generator is my first model, wich uses my proven hinge design:

There are following parameters available, the table contains also the values for the uploaded print profiles of the models:

All the generated hinges can be opened up to nearly 360°.

The attached Print Profile contains the following samples to show what's possible.

Recommendations for printing:

For durable versions of the hinges, printing with PETG, ABS or ASA is recommended.
For havy duty applications, printing with a fiber-reinforced filament such as PETG-CF, ASA-CF or PA6-CF is strongly recommended.
The model can be printed without any support structure and brim. If there are adhesion problems, brim should be adjusted accordingly.

Hello, somehow I cannot adjust or change the size, the hinge is always 60 x 32.5 x 5 in the preview. Does anyone else have this problem?

For the adjusted parameters to take effect, pConfig must be selected under >>> CUSTOM SETTINGS <<<

Super, now it works, however the 4th setting, the thickness of the joint, automatically always jumps from 5 to 20, I can't set a value smaller than 20 there

You recommend a tolerance test but how do you set the required tolerance when printing the hinge? TIA
