Update:

I created a V2 version with thinner edges to improve retention/print time. Now the print time is reduced to 2.2 hours compared to the previous 3 hours (of the V1 version)

Both versions are still available if you want thicker edges

The bottom protector is slightly different because the usable area to be protected has increased

Description:

I have been looking for poop buckets on MakerWorld for a long time and have printed several

I printed both those connected to the printhead (they vibrate during printing and fill up quickly) and those on the side (huge, bulky, with unspeakable print times)

So I took inspiration and tried to produce a bucket that I consider optimal

I also added a protector for the base of the bucket (optional) so that hot poops (mainly TPU and PETG) can be easily removed. I recommend printing the protector in PETG to withstand high temperatures

If you choose not to print the protector, then I recommend printing the entire bucket in PETG so that it does not deform over time (I have, however, set a good base thickness that prevents it from deforming)

The bucket attaches perfectly to the Z-axis of the printer

I also recommend printing it together with the specially designed deflector that you can find here (image below)

If you have an AMS, then maybe you are looking for these! Small and compact, they can help you keep your filament tubes under control. The model is here
