Description

These are 3 parts for better cooling of the extruder motor of the A1 mini, which can get very hot during operation. It consists of a two-piece bezel for a 5V 3010 fan and a vented back panel for the board.

Based on https://makerworld.com/de/models/375180-print-head-rear-cover-a1-series

and https://makerworld.com/de/models/1497353-a1mini-a1-extruder-fan-mount

The cables of the fan are routed through a small opening inside (this requires a lot of patience) and then connected to the two pins as shown in the pictures. I lifted and pulled out the spring of the pins with a needle and then soldered on the fan cables (which also requires a steady hand).

The back wall clamp corresponds to the original and is extremely thin (only one layer), therefore be very sensitive and it must be inserted correctly. But if it holds, it doesn't fall off ;-)

I would say difficulty level 7/10, but it's worth it!
