Description

This is a slim poop bucket for the A1 printer that I made to fit perfectly between my new A1 printer and my Ikea pax cabinet. There isn't much room where I have my printer and I needed a poop bucket that was slimmer than any other online, so I made this in Fusion 360. This model is compatible with the top mount AMS lite hardware. If you would like an extended version of this, you can download it here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/106061#profileId-113236

If you would like to print a quick poop guard / deflector, you can print it here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/860703#profileId-810934

I have almost the exact same setup as OP so I decided to print this one over all the other variants out there. Yet, the bottom part seems to have wrapped a little bit (see second picture) but it might be due to residue from the previous print, I'm not sure as I'm new to PEI beds. Anyway, the box is fully functional, fits perfectly in place and looks great. Thank you for sharing your design

I just printed it as well, and mine did exactly the same as yours using the provided profile.

Mine did the same warp in the same places. I believe mine is due to the matte filament I used. This also occurred on prints I've done using the matte filament. I stuck some non slip foam to the bottom anyway so you can't really tell. Over all, it looks great to me.

It did the same thing to me yesterday, I think it was my Amazon filament setting. But hey, it's just a trash can, it gets the job done :)

Now I have somewhere to store all of my poop, how marvellous Printed fast and without any issue. Fits nicely alongside the stiffening brackets for the AMS Lite top mount. I'm using some blue-tac to stop vibrations, though I wonder if there could could be a version of this with inserts to put some neodymium magnets, so that it could 'snap' into place and stay there firmly, but still be quickly detachable for efficient poop management logistics. poop

Easy and relatively fast to print, a good option in terms of collecting A1 poop

works but isnt really designed for being used not against a wall, once the print gets over 2" tall or so the poops end up flung way over the top

Looking great overall but had an issue in one place. Maybe it's because I've set the speed to sport.
