19" Rack Compatible 4U Synology DS918+ Covers

These parts are not a stand or rail kit – they act as left/right covers that close the gaps around the NAS inside a shallow rack cabinet. The sloped surface and cut-out pattern visually matches typical rack ventilation and helps guide airflow while hiding the empty space and loose cables on the sides. The center wall keeps the NAS nicely centered on the shelf, it has a little big of gap on the sides, so its mostly for cosmetic purposes.

Each piece has four mounting holes so you can screw it to the shelf or to the bottom of the cabinet, but it also works just placed in position if you prefer a non-permanent setup.

Printing notes

• Print flat on the bed as shown
• PLA or PETG, 0.24 mm layer height
• 3 perimeters, 5% infill (you can increase the infill, but why ?)
• No supports needed

Designed for the DS918+, but it should fit other 4-bay Synology units with the same width.
