Fiio FT1 Headphone Honeycomb Comfort Strap

Credit goes to Troy Lonie for the excellent design.  The head strap works perfectly but I wasn't a fan of the layer lines left by the TPU so I changed the strap to a 15% honeycomb infill pattern.  This makes the strap more flexible by design so I doubled the thickness to 2mm to reduce stretching.  

In addition, the metal head band adjustments have sharp edges and I feared they may tear the leather headband, so I modeled up some TPU caps to cover the metal edges and protect the leather.

Changes made:

1. The head strap was thickened to 2mm
2.  Honeycomb infill pattern 
3. TPU caps for the metal band
