V-Slot 2020 Side Connector (Adjustable Length)

This is a snap-fit side connector designed for 20x20 V-slot aluminum extrusion profiles.
It allows you to connect two profiles side-by-side to create wider structural beams such as 2040, 2060, 2080, or any custom combination.

🔧 Smart Adjustable Design:

The model is printed flat on the bed, at 12 mm height in Z-axis by default

To create a longer connector, simply scale the Z-axis in your slicer

No need to edit the 3D model – just change the height to your desired connector length (e.g. 20 mm, 40 mm, 60 mm)

🛠 Recommended Print Settings:

Orientation: Print flat (default orientation)

Scale: Adjust Z-axis for desired connector length

Material: PLA, PETG, ABS (PETG recommended for strength)

Layer Height: 0.2 mm

Infill: 40–100% (depending on required strength)

Supports: Not needed
