Description
Bracket for Charger
I needed a bracket for my electric car charger, as the old powder-coated steel bracket was completely rusted
It was important to me to design the charger to be removable from the front, as I cannot slide it in from the top like many other models… I don't have space above it for that
The bracket is designed for the original VW charger. The VW part number is 35543281
The LEDs remain visible during the charging process
I printed it from PETG HF. Ventilation is ample. The lid is fastened with 4 M4 x 16mm screws. I used V2A screws
The body is attached to the wall with 4 3.5mm countersunk screws. I used 3.5 x 16mm wood screws here
4 heat-set inserts must be placed into the body. I use Ruthex M4 for this
