The PTFE Splitter V4 is the next evolution of my Bowden Tube Coupler series, engineered for even smoother and more reliable filament transport. Perfect for connecting external spools to your 3D printer, it removes the hassle of repeatedly disconnecting PTFE tubes, streamlining your workflow for maximum efficiency.

Enhanced Design for Uninterrupted Performance

Building on the success of V3, the V4 features a refined channel junction, offering an even cleaner filament path. This improvement minimizes transition resistance at the tube intersections, resulting in smoother feeding and reduced filament wear.

Installation Tips:

  • Fully insert each PTFE tube until it reaches the internal stop.
  • Always cut tube tips at a clean 90° angle.
  • Press and gently rotate tubes to ensure proper seating.

Printing Recommendations:

  • Orientation: Print vertically with the dual-port side on the bed.
  • Settings: 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layer height recommended.
  • Assembly Tip: Insert the blue connectors, start with the tight-fit version. If insertion is too difficult, use the normal-fit variant.
