Polyend Tracker Plus & Play Plus cover

UPDATE MAY 2026: New V2 model that reduces width 1mm to fit better widthways - there's still a little bit of play so you can get the cover on easy.

A dust cover for the Polyend Tracker Plus and Play Plus, I used @GautierAvelin_332015's cover design for the original tracker as a inspiration/basis to design my own in Tinkercad.

My version is slightly taller to cover/protect the wheel, you can also screw the 2 pieces together with 3 x 8mm m3 screws to make it one piece (5x screw holes if you feel you need extra security)

I've tested it to fit on both the Tracker Plus and the Play Plus in the pictured orientation (if device is facing you, large section on left, small section on right)
The spline where you screw it together will hit knobs if you have it around the wrong orientation.

Two very minor conditions to use with the Play Plus:

1)It has to be the correct orientation in putting the cover on, with large section on the Left, small section on the Right. Otherwise the spline where it screws together will hit the knobs.

2)You have to make sure the screw head in the second screw hole down does not interfere with one of the knobs. You can either just leave this screw off, use a countersunk screw so it clears the knob, or if using a bulky cap/socket head screw you can screw it in from the opposite side of the spline.

Untested on the non plus models, but I assume they are the same dimensions, but please check for yourself before printing. On my tape measure the Play Plus measures approximately 28.15cm x 20.65cm, tape measures are a little innacurate so if the regular Polyend Play is within a mm or two of those dimensions, it should fit!

There are two versions of the smaller piece, one has a finger hole which I thought would help make lifting the cover off easier. In retrospect probably makes little difference, up to you whether to use it.
