Description

This spring-loaded guitar pick holder is designed as an easy, smooth way to store Jazz III picks.

- Holds 4-6 picks, depending on thickness.
- Designed for an adhesive strip to add to the back. I used 3M 4032 0.5" Foam tape.
- Designed for a spring with 0.4x5mm OD,15mm Free Length.

*Note: This product is designed for flat Jazz III picks, specifically the Tortex variants. Textured picks may not work as well.

*Note 2: I've found it works best with non-matte filament, as matte filaments tend to have inferior layer adhesion.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Assemble the required parts
    1. Main body
    2. Spring plate
    3. Bottom plate
    4. 0.4x5mm OD x 15mm long spring

  2. Put the spring plate into the bottom of the main body with the cylindrical pillar facing upward. You will have to angle it sideways and somewhat forward, but it should fit nicely at the right angle.

  3. Use your finger to hold the spring plate to the bottom of the main body, and set your spring onto the cylindrical pillar.

  4. As you hold the spring, set the other side into the circular slot of the bottom plate

  5. Bring the bottom plate down and slide it in. It should click snugly in place.
