This is a wire soldering jig, measuring 70*50*30mm.
It boasts rapid printing, robust clamping, and satisfying tactile feedback.
Features:
*This model, from design to testing, is tailored for FDM 3D printers, cleverly leveraging techniques such as nesting and bridging. Assembly requires only the installation of the spring; the slot design prevents the spring from dislodging during use, while the clamps exhibit substantial holding power—they won’t budge.
*The satisfying click is produced by the spring's compression and slight rearward movement, and may vary depending on the filament used.
*I dedicated two months to meticulously crafting this soldering jig, enduring over ten iterations of failures (due to functional issues, improper dimensions, excessive parts, user-unfriendliness, and aesthetic shortcomings). After numerous refinements and test prints, I decided to finalize these two designs. I hope you enjoy this model!
*On January 15, 2025, I released a complementary upright stand for this model (https://makerworld.com/en/models/996004#profileId-972323). As not all users require this, I opted to release it separately rather than including it in this model.
