Description

I remixed these two designs into one and made some modifications to allow for an external belt clip to be mounted. It's not perfect. I am still learning cad. But it works well for my needs.

I've tried three different filaments for this in the prototyping stage and all of them worked well. Bamboo PLA matte, Bamboo PLA tough+ and Elegoo Rapid PETG. I landed on Bamboo Black PLA Matte because I think it looks the best. Printed on a P1S.

*** Also works with the new ArkPro series

List of parts:

  • Belt Clips - I find these to be much more robust than anything I tried to print on the model. I have included indented holes to account for this specific clip. Also it allows for easy on and off the belt functionality. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B095VHFXTM?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1
  • Washer x 1: 3/4in - This is necessary for the arkfeld's retention. It magnets to this and holds it in the sheath. The original designer included a cutout for this to be included and glued in.
  • Super Glue
  • Sponge Foam - I use this for helping the rattle that occurs from movement when wearing the sheath. You can see in the picture where I put some on the arkfeld holster and the leatherman holster at the bottom. Additionally, I put some on my leatherman itself on the sides of the hammer end in order to help the rattle.  https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076X52MYB?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title

With a little bit of elbow grease I got my Wave+ to fit in it also. I also found that a very thin magnet in the bottom attracted the Olight faster and gives a snap that seems cool. Purchased the belt clip listed from Amazon so we’ll see how it goes! thanks for getting this thing started. Would’ve taken me forever to get it right.

Any chance we can get a remixed copy of this? I have a Wave+ as well

Yeah I’ll get it posted. I adjusted it to also have a marker holder but that can be taken off easily enough.

I'd like it even with the marker holder. Thanks man! Let me know when you've posted it.

You could, and I tried. Unfortunately integrated belt loops are weak. Especially those that are detachable without removing the belt, which is my preference. Its always going to be stronger to have a dedicated hardware attached loop. Tinkercad is free and so so easy to learn. Download the stl of this, load it up in there in any browdser and make it yourself. Then post it on here. <3

This might be a silly question, but I love how this holds my Leatherman ARC. I carry an Olight Warrior Ultra, though, and was wondering if you could make one to fit that. I would try myself, but I’m not skilled enough with Fusion 360 or similar programs. :(

Hey there, I actually found the design and remixed it to this. I am not the original creator of the olight shealth. You can see the original links to both shealths above this comments section and to the right. You should try asking the original creator. Good luck!
