RocketBook Mini Binding Replacement/Upgrade

Upgrade your RocketBook Mini with a larger binding coil/spring.

Print in PETG to avoid softening in hot water. PLA is the quickest option for the spring so that replacements are cost effective and quick to replace if they break or get crushed. Soak in hot water for 30 seconds then remove (without burning yourself) and flush under cold water (tap should be fine). Removing from the template can be tricky if you dont leave extra slack to push out the ends. Trim off excess after install, leaving a little wing bent inward, unlike the position the template sets them in by default.

For better ease of use, try using a stiff wire thats coated.
