Added ROTO-KEYS model in additional plate. Best to use with the bigger chain avoiding to add spacers.
This is a print in place part. No support needed.
After printed force to rotate a little the two parts until it start to rotate.

Model Description

The MotorChain Key Cover is a unique, 3D-printed key holder and key cover system inspired by the look and feel of a mechanical chain.
Available in two chain link sizes—small and large—and two chain lengths (short ~13 cm, long ~26 cm), it offers both style and practicality.

From top: smaller-shorter (3 keys bundle) - bigger-longer (6 keys bundle)

Each chain end can hold a separate key bundle:

Large link version: up to 6 keys per bundle.
Small link version: up to 3 keys per bundle.

The key covers are available in two screw sizes:

M2.5
M3 (best for screw availability)

Recommended screw lengths:

16 mm for 6 keys
10 mm for 3 keys

To ensure a perfect fit, printable spacers (0.8 mm and 1.6 mm thickness) are included, allowing you to adapt the assembly to the thickness of your keys.

Assembly Instruction

The chain is printable in place. After printing and removing the support, use gentle force to break the bonds and release the chain joints.

Print the upper and lower part of the key cover (in M2.5 or M3 version).

Print the additional spacers if you need.
