Description

DIY Kit for Custom Wireless Charger – Compact, Cool & Customizable
This is a complete 3D-printable DIY kit designed for building your own wireless charger using the popular Type-C Qi wireless charging module (10 W or 15 W). The case design is compact and universally supports both versions of the module—no adjustments needed.

Update: Lower Case v2 for Qi Charger

Version 2 of the lower case is now available! This update features reinforced side walls and a more durable front port section for improved overall strength and fit. Perfect for better protection and alignment with internal components.

🔧 Features:

  • Compatible with 10W or 15W Module
Supports either power rating of the listed Qi wireless charging PCB. The design also works with most modules of the same layout, in case the exact one linked is out of stock.
  • Efficient Cooling
The module operates at low temperatures—never exceeding 35°C even during charging (tested with 3 different smartphones being charged). Still, PETG is recommended for printing due to its heat resistance and durability.
  • Customizable Top Plate
Comes with two swappable top plates:
    • One with a pre-designed custom logo
    • One blank plate for adding your own artwork using MakerLab’s "Make My Sign Draft"
  • Simple Assembly
The upper plate can be easily attached using any reliable glue—no screws or fasteners needed, and it holds firmly.
  • Compact, Sleek Design
Designed to look great on any desk or nightstand while offering full wireless charging functionality.

⚠️ IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY NOTICE
This wireless charger is compatible only with Android devices that support Qi wireless charging.
Apple iPhones may not work with this module due to system-level restrictions and non-standard wireless charging protocols.
This is a limitation of the Apple ecosystem, not the DIY kit.
