Authentic Traditional Dutch Clogs / Wooden Shoes

3D printing footwear and shoes are all the craze at the moment. So of course I couldn't stay behind!!!

However, being Dutch I thought it would be nice to give it a little Dutch twist!

So I came across these files on Thingiverse made by designer 3DWP of a scan of an authentic traditional Dutch Clog and I just had to print it.

I needed to position it just right in order to get it to fit the build volume of my X1C and have the model printing correctly but after some tweaking I managed to get it right and now I am the proud owner of a pair of traditional Dutch Clogs printed in PLA!

They fit me just right and wear just like real wooden clogs…

The print files are for EU size 43 (highlighted in the table below) but you can scale them to any size you want just by using the scale factor from the table I included in the description (see last column).

Scale factor (%) = (your desired shoe size in cm) / 28 x 100%

So now nothing is stopping you to combine traditional Dutch footwear with modern 21st century technology!!!
