Print Profile(1)

Description
This wheel is designed to replace the original wheel of the Parkside PMRA 20-Li lawnmower.
The design is inspired by the one shared by @Tekkna, whom I thank for the excellent starting point.

🔧 Modifications Made
To make the model printable even with the Bambu Lab A1 Mini, I divided the wheel into two halves and added connectors, maintaining solidity and practicality in assembly. In this way, even those with a reduced print volume can easily create it, without sacrificing functionality.
🧩 Assembly
Assembling the wheel is quick and easy:
- Print both halves of the wheel and the connectors included in the file.
- Insert the connectors into the appropriate recesses of the two parts, paying attention to the correct direction.
- Join the two halves of the wheel, pressing firmly until they click into place.
For an even more solid hold, you can:
- Add a drop of glue at the contact points.
- Or use a hot staple gun with metal clips (like those used for repairs on bumpers or plastics) to permanently weld the two halves together.
🔧 Recovery of the Original Hub
As shown in the picture, it is necessary to recover the central hub from the original wheel:
- Carefully remove the hexagonal hub from the damaged or worn wheel.
- Press it into the center of the newly printed wheel: the seat is shaped to perfectly accommodate it.
🛞 Final Stage
- Mount the new wheel on the lawnmower like the original.
- Replace the rim or external decorative cover, if present.
And you're done! Your new wheel for Parkside PMRA 20‑Li is ready to use 💪

- Similar resistance to ABS but much more stable outdoors
- Better resistance to sun (UV rays) and weathering
- More difficult to print than PETG (requires a heated or enclosed chamber)
