The biggest problem with using cat houses and most other ready-made cabinets as an A1 enclosure is insufficient depth, the heated bed cable hits the wall causing loud noise and wear, and even adding guide rails does not significantly improve it. Last year's global A1 recall was due to power failure or even fire caused by heated bed cable damage. The new A1 adds a protective sleeve to the cable for improvement, but it's still a temporary solution. This solution uses a picture frame as a door to gain a crucial 5 centimeters, bringing the internal depth to 65 centimeters, with 15 centimeters from the back to the cabinet wall, perfectly solving this problem.

The cat house itself already looks good, and with the metallic texture of the aluminum alloy frame and the high transparency of the PC board, its aesthetic appeal significantly increases.
The production difficulty is very low, only a Phillips screwdriver is needed to complete it, about two dozen screws. The nails on the back panel can be tapped in with the bottom of the screwdriver. MDF is super easy, only tightening the screws for the aluminum alloy frame requires a bit of effort, everything else is effortless

Here are some details to note: The picture frame size is 59.5*59.5, and the PC board is 59*59. Because the finished cat house will shrink a little, buying too large will cause it to hit the bottom, so don't make a mistake.
For the connectors of the picture frame door, pay attention to the arrows indicating the front and back; installing them incorrectly will prevent the corners from closing properly.
I drilled holes in the cabinet corners and embedded magnets for magnetic attraction, using the ones from the Bambu Lab beginner's pack. The specification is D4*2; if there are larger magnets, the effect will be better.
If there's a need to place heavy objects on top, add beams. Three angle steels forming an I-beam embedded inside will suffice
