Description

This model is designed to perfectly fit Wahoo SPEEDPLAY cleats. It's created for cycling enthusiasts who have lost their original cleat covers and can't get replacements right away. I understand the urge to ride doesn't simply go away just because a cover is missing.

I currently use PLA for printing. A pair weighs only 20g, and in limited test rides, it has performed well with no unacceptable wear. While it’s certainly possible to improve durability with stronger or more wear-resistant materials, I believe PLA already provides a reasonable balance between cost, accessibility, and functionality.

This version of the model is relatively simple, as I mainly focused on getting it to work for my own use. It performs well enough for casual rides, and I hope it can help others in a similar situation. If there’s interest, I’d be happy to keep improving the design and explore better materials or refinements based on feedback.
