Description

A castle themed dice tower! This a modular, no supports dice tower that comes in 4 pieces for ease of storage and transportation.

Assembly

It's easy. Use the 4 pegs to align with 4 holes. Orientation does not matter. The tray gently friction fits to the doorframe.

Print profiles

There are two print profiles. One is for “one plate” where the whole tower fits onto a single plate on all printers except the A1 Mini. The “multi plate” version is each segment split into one plate at a time.

Remix info:

This is remixed under license originally by sablebadger. I shrunk the models by 80% since original size was too large. I also fixed/removed several odd overhangs that would've required supports. The base was also modified so that it printed without gaps or overhangs on the first 4 layers. Print profile settings are also optimized for speed, cost, yet maintaining rigidity.

Awesome model! Surprised to see how well it printed with no supports but it came out great. I used matte black PLA and dry brushed with acrylics for an outstanding looking tower!!!

The details are simply excellent A beautiful facade and the small pins incorporated allowing the parts to fit together precisely is very clever This way it can be easily assembled for a game session or perfectly glued together

I’m printing this using a Creality Ender 3 Pro and my Print time for the middle piece has been about 9 hours. Is it possible to just scale everything 50% and print all 4 pieces in one go using the same settings? After splicing it says about 9 hours to print all 4 pieces.

Maybe? I'm not too sure. Biggest thing to look for in the slicer would be the pegs used to connect these together. I'd make sure they don't get lost or "ignored" if the reduced sizing makes it too small.

can I scale it down a lil and have it still work?

It might. Only thing to look out for is the pegs and holes used to connect the pieces together. Also this size takes into account a d20 so any smaller you might not be able to reliably get a large dice to fall down the stairs.
