Description

A genius design by Sbaugh1969 to get the perfect alignment for the honeycomb bed on the Elegoo Phecda Laser cutter!

 

All the parts/plate needs to be printed twice! 

 

I did not have a printer larg enough to print the arms as one piece so I split them in two and added connectors.

When fixing the arms together I recommend using a little superglue.

 

It's important to remember which of the arms belong together so the fit will be correct.

For exampel: Arm_1.stl_A and Arm_1.stl_B are placed next to each other to make this easy to remember.

 

I have added the original arms if you have a printer that is big enough

Made it frome ABS looks great was a easy Print, lets see how it fits once the second pair is done :)

Hi no i´ve just printed the files from here. Maybe your Honeycomb is a bit different? (I have one of the Kickstarter machines so maybe Elegoo did some adjustments?

Design doesn't account for the screws that sit proud of the frame on the Elegoo Honeycomb Panel, nor does it account for the offset from center-of-footprint that the working area has. The "braces" have nothing but their friction fit holding them together and, because of the aforementioned screws, are not long enough to actually come together in my assembly. Model is also low poly, and the circles and arcs are noticeably faceted, this may serve to center the feet on the inside of the pocket, but the exterior clashes with the laser. I ended up screwing the corner plates to my table and calculating an offset to use in my files to work around these issues until I find a better solution.

mine seems to be 1 cm off set to the left for some reason but a perfect fit

know the feeling, mine is too high up by a few mm and 1.6 cm to the left

hi. this is design for the original honeycomb from elegoo and its a really tight fit then to get the placement right. Hope this helps.
