This model accommodates an 8cm fan and an 8cm inner diameter exhaust duct, designed to connect the duct to the enclosure and window exhaust damper (see image at the bottom). The model includes an enclosure acrylic connector, an 8cm fan shroud (which can be fitted in winter to maintain enclosure temperature), a window exhaust damper connector (with insect mesh), and an outdoor rain cover. Optional vibration-dampening sealing gaskets are also available (requires TPU printing).

 

This is a crucial component in my A1 enclosure project, shared separately. Even without using my enclosure design, these accessories can be used to construct an enclosure exhaust system.

 

The image below shows the enclosure connector, designed for use with an 8cm fan, M4 screw holes, 72mm pitch. The fan shroud has specific mounting requirements; refer to the image below for details.

 

The image below shows the window exhaust damper connector, featuring insect mesh and a 3D-printed 90-degree thread (equivalent to a 45-degree overhang). No supports are needed to print the perfect thread; the thread fit has been optimized for easy screwing and tightening.
