A1 Enclosure-European Standard 1515 End Cap, 2mm Thick, 3mm Insertion Depth-Suitable for European Standard 1515 Slot Width 6.2mm, Slot Depth 4.7mm

Consider using standard 1515 aluminum extrusion A1 enclosure, 5.2 yuan/meter. Both strength and price are appropriate. Suitable 1515L aluminum extrusion accessories were not found on MW, so I created a series myself, printable with PETG/PLA for sufficient strength.

Application scenario: Standard 1515 aluminum extrusion with a 3mm acrylic panel affixed externally. The acrylic panel's length and width should exceed the inner rectangle of the aluminum extrusion by 1cm (5mm overlap on each side).

Currently available are M-type clamping plates; L-type clamping plates; I-type clamping plates; 1515 end caps; foot pads; and slider nuts compatible with thin M3 nuts for 1515 extrusions.

A1 Enclosure Shopping List

1. M3 hex nuts, thin type, 2mm thickness, 5.4mm across flats; quantity 4

2. M3*10mm socket head cap screws; quantity 4

3. Black EVA, 0.5mm wide, 1mm thick, self-adhesive sealing strip (for cushioning between printed parts and acrylic panel; 7.5cm length per connector)

4. White silicone strip, 0.5mm wide, 1mm thick, self-adhesive sealing strip (for sealing between acrylic panel and aluminum extrusion; length exceeding the total length of the aluminum extrusion to be sealed)
