This radius gauge originated from a real-world need:
In guitar making, I wanted to precisely measure the body of a Strandberg Boden 7 – but I couldn't find a printable radius gauge with larger radii from 50 mm. So, as a CAD designer, I quickly designed one myself.

This elegant, fan-shaped tool was created – precise, functional, and visually appealing.
And the best part: The radius gauge works!

I designed it in 10 mm increments from R50 to R150, ideal for measuring and transferring large curves – whether for guitars, CNC projects, 3D-printed parts, or furniture making.

If there is interest, I can even extend the series to the maximum print bed size, or between radii in 5 mm increments?
