While existing bed wipers exist, I believe they are not perfect. Each extrusion leaves residual filament, which easily falls onto the bed and into the Y-axis linear rail gaps. Before printing, I usually purge three times, followed by wiping the nozzle on the bed. Adding a wiper to the back of the purging mechanism would increase the number of nozzle wipes to at least four times—a clever use of this design's structure.

Three A1 waste receptacle models are available: a short 200mm model, a 200mm hollow hexagonal model, and a long 267mm model. Printing is simple and requires no supports; choose whichever suits your needs. For more extensive purging, select the 267mm length.

With a 256mm print bed, a 267mm long part can be printed at a 45-degree angle, but this limits the part to approximately 80mm wide and 267mm long.

Attach two halves of a cut A1 spare wiper. The A1 dual filament wiper 2.0 included a small scoop; however, even after three cleaning cycles, residual filament always remained, leaving extra material on the bed after returning.
