Circular fan hole louver grille guard

I’m excited to share something new I designed for my camper setup – a stylish Fan Cover with Louvres! 🪵🌀

To give a cleaner and more finished look to a functional detail, I created this fan cover to fit inside an 80mm hole I made in a panel. Behind that opening, I installed a standard 80mm computer fan – and instead of leaving it as a bare, gaping hole, this design adds a touch of elegance and practicality.

🛠️ The part that fits into the hole has an outer diameter of 79mm, ensuring a snug, flush fit in an 80mm opening. The front side features subtle louvres for airflow while keeping things looking neat and tidy.

But that’s not all! ✨

The model is scalable – it can be resized for 40mm, 92mm, 100mm, or even 120mm fans. Just scale accordingly and you’re good to go!
