Cinema negatives photo frame (A1 Mini compatible)

I'm sorry, but you seem to be having severe layer adhesion issues. I can't accept this 2-star review towards my design as a problem from your side in any way. There are clues even in the photo - multiple purge lines, even there should be one indicates to user error and smudge marks on the plate indicate to a dirty plate. Please clean the buildplate with warm water and soap (no isopropyl alcohol); dry your filament and then print again. If the problem continues then, I can try to help you in private to go through your specific filament settings or machine calibration. I have no problems against low ratings as sometimes the design is bad, but this time I feel it's unfair to me just because you have user errors. I will be waiting for your reply to solve this together, but otherwise I'm forced to report this as false review.

Hi there, Sorry for the review with 2 stars. I didn’t think it would be a big matter for you. I would explain in this way, I am very new beginner with 3D printer and just try to work out why it happened as pic. Anyway, I have found what it caused this issue and it was from the set up how original speed was and I did adjust speed to be slower than usual and at on support as well. Finally everything was print out fine. Hope this helps to make it more understandable. Sorry, I tried to change the star on my review and I couldn’t.

All good, my main focus was to try to understand and help you in some way to get a good print. Usually my profiles have first layer speed lower, that helps a lot. Bambu stock profiles are way too speed oriented and sometimes lose quality/consistency.

Hey there! Seems like you are correct. Somehow the 2nd plate didn't have supports turned on and on the 3rd plate the frame was upside down. Very weird as I've printed the same model for myself multiple times. I apologise :/ But now it should be fixed, let me know how it went and thank you for your feedback ;)

Hey, sorry for the late reply, but I feel answering this is important to people who want to print this and might be scared after reading your review. The first piece you talk about has a support layer underneath to keep it in the right shape. If you use your own profile without supports or turn off supports then this piece might try to print mid-air (that is not possible). This also might happen when you switch printers and it defaults to some random profile, nothing I can do about it, just make sure to use the correct provided profile. And about the "unecessary bits" - in my super-short description I literally wrote out: "For photos there is a small ‘frame’ included on the plate that doesn't waste much filament and can be used as a guide for aligning the photo for cutting it."
