Description
I used to have the original oil drain sleeve that came with my Pony lawn tractor years ago, but I lost it during a move and have wanted it again with my Cub Cadet LT42 XT1. Tired of oil draining onto the frame or on to the wiring harness. Designed it in TinkerCad. The opening is 1 1/8" in diameter, measure and check your mower before printing.
Slides right under the oil outlet on my mower. Note, my mower is tilted to help the oil drain better in the included pictures. I think this will still work well though if your mower is level.
Only 4" long so oil can drain into a pan under the mower and not onto the front wheel. Only tested on my Cub Cadet, hope it works for you. No supports required in this orientation. Recommend a brim of 4 to 5mm to keep it from being knocked off your print plate. Printed it solid with no infill, less than 30g required. PLA Tough worked great.
