Description

This remix of Minishavens Frosthaven Ship has every part laid out on a plate so you don't have to double print anything. I cut the rear of the ship into 2 parts that can be glued together or simply sit next to each other so that it can be printed on smaller printers like the a1 mini. The ship can be held together by glueing 3x3 magnets into the holes in each part. Be careful to ensure the polarities match up correctly!

X1C, 25hours, ~950h Black PLA, 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layers If you want to save time/filament you can shave off 1, 2 or even 3 cm at the bottom and still have a nice ship. The 3x3 magnets are on the weak side. If I had thought of this earlier I might have modded the elements with larger magnet slots, but since the ship is supposed to sit in place while playing the magnets are strong enough. Paintjob was: dark brown primer, brushed with light yellow and then just two diluted contrast paints for filtering (Snakebite Leather and Cygor Brown).

depends on if you do the larger or smaller back part, I got a package on Amazon, get at least 32, at most 40

I was just going to print everything. We are going to start playing Frosthaven on Sunday, but I don't know when we will get the part where we need the ship, hopefully I'll have it finished by then
