Cover for the Panda Lux LED Upgrade Kit for the A1 Mini

https://biqu.equipment/products/biqu-panda-lux-led-upgrade-kit-bambu-lab-a1

BIQU Panda Lux LED Upgrade Kit - 3DJake Deutschland PLUG&PLAY LED STRIPE

Having also treated myself to an A1 Mini, I naturally also needed a cover for the Panda Lux LED

Printed in gray PLA on the A1 Mini

No more direct glare from the LED lenses

The cover is secured with two M3 x 8mm screws

These screws secured the black transport protection on the A1 Mini

I have made the nine holes for the LED lenses slightly larger and also slightly elongated

This should prevent problems due to manufacturing tolerances of the LED strip

Simply insert the LED strip into the cover and screw it on the back

Alternatively, the cover could also be attached with double-sided adhesive tape on the back

Secure hold No more risk of the LED strip detaching during printing

INFO: The LED strip is only inserted into the cover Gluing is not necessary

Those who have already glued the LED strip must carefully remove it before assembly

Mine came out nearly perfect. Printed with Sunlu PLA on my mini. But any ideas on how to fix this droop? My print head is rubbing on it every time it goes by.

That shouldn't look like that. First, check if the object is still straight or if it might have warped when released from the heated print bed. Otherwise, you could loosen the screws slightly and insert a small piece of cardboard between the lower screw and the bed - see photo

It looks pretty straight to me, I will try that and if it doesn't work I will reprint. Either way, it's an excellent model and I'm glad you made it!

Excellent. Fits perfectly and holds. Very precise. You should print and use it directly instead of adhesive tape. It also glares less. A1 mini, Bambu PETG Translucent

Truly well done, and undoubtedly a fundamental accessory if you own a Panda Lux LED strip. I printed it using Bambu Lab's Light Grey PLA Basic (10104), and the result, as you can see in the photos, is an accessory that appears to be original A1 Mini equipment

Fits perfectly snug, and holds the Panda Lux very well in place. I'd say it's a must-have upgrade.
