UPDATE 2: I've included a new print profile that has separate replacement drumheads for both the small and large Djembe (in case yours suffers an unfortunate accident)! Additionally, there are 4 available thicknesses for each drum - the original .32mm, .64mm (double), 1mm (triple), and 1.32 (quadruple). Further details found below:
This model can be printed all at once, in one go, and results in a tangible, functional, and great sounding hand drum!
Rather than my trying to just explain it, here, have a listen:
There are two different drum sizes and they each present different tones and sounds available for your drumming. The Big Drum for a deeper sound and the Small Drum for a lighter sound. This model is printed fully in PLA! So, you don't have to worry about using any kind of unique material.
The model is printed with the fuzzy skin setting to provide a nice texture allowing for added friction and grip when holding the instruments. Additionally, the texture adds a pleasant visual flair to the model!
The Print Profiles:
The primary print profile includes models that print in 2 colors - one for the drum body (I utilized Ender PLA Pro rainbow filament for the big drum) and one for the drumhead (I recommend printing in Bambu Lab PLA Basic Beige to give it a natural look).
Additional profiles are included to provide single or multi-color options as you see fit - there is a profile for 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-color options.
A unique A1 Mini profile has been added as well. Unfortunately, this only includes access to the small drum, but the single print profile includes all 4 color variation options for the small drum.
Warning: Do be sure to let your plate cool sufficiently before trying to remove the print from the print bed. Due to the thin nature of the drum head, it could tear when attempting to be removed if the heat has not cooled enough to relinquish the grip.
I've updated the model with an additional print profile - I've included a new print profile that has separate replacement drumheads for both the small and large Djembe (in case yours suffers an unfortunate accident)! There are 4 available thicknesses for each drum - the original .32mm, .64mm (double), 1mm (triple), and 1.32 (quadruple).
There are 8 total print plates.
The first two are for the original .32mm (small then large drum, respectively).
The 3rd and 4th plates are for the .64mm (double thickness) (small then large drum, respectively).
The 5th and 6th plates are for the 1mm (triple thickness) (small then large drum, respectively).
The 7th and 8th plates are for the 1.32 (quadruple thickness) (small then large drum, respectively).

Here are some fun ways you can customize the model to make it uniquely yours!
Print with a Bambu 3D effect plate to add extra flair to the drum head! This one is the Galaxy plate:
Use a multi-color filament that slowly transitions while it prints!
Alternatively, you can turn the drum upside down and use it as a vase!
