I plan to create a V2 of this design with more powerful motors and a corded setup, providing greater torque and the ability to handle more demanding tasks. Bringing this design to life required a lot of effort, and any support is greatly appreciated.

Assembly

For an assembly guide, I have attached a detailed PDF with pictures and descriptions of exactly what to do, along with an electrical diagram for easy wiring.

Tools Required

Soldering iron for wire connections
Bambu-provided hex key for the screws
Pliers and tweezers (optional but useful for placing the gears, as it can be tricky at times)

I would also recommend getting a set of rechargable 9v batteries if you intend on using this tool as it can get pricey using non

rechargable 9v batteries.

Trouble Shooting

If the motors are making noise but the output shaft is not spinning, then the motor is probably spinning inside the gear hole, take off the loose gear, add some glue and re-attatch the gear again, that should hopefully fix the issue.

If you flick the switch and nothing happnes, check that all the connections are touching and not loose or that there is no short circuit being caused anywhere, you may also want to check that the battery is working.

Maintenance

After assembly it is a good idea to use the Bambu Grease to lubricate the gears for better longevity, i have not properly tested how the tool wears down after many months of use however it may be agood idea to re grease it after some time or even replace the gears, The best material for the gears to be made from would be nylon ( i believe) i dont have that so PETG was my go-to.
