These 140x200mm Baskets are ideal for anyone and everyone.

V2 UPDATE - Pattern was adjusted to be “perfect” there was a slight discrepancy in v1

As seen on the Bambu Lab website - PETG HF!

USE ONLY DESIGNER PROFILES - Many people are reporting fails from other profiles being used.

Features:

Low filament usage - can be tuned further
3 Hr Print time - 0.28mm Layer height
Hexagon pattern - Hexagons are the bestagons
Interior rim that allows baskets to stack
Optional Hexagon pattern lid - Great for desks and offices

Tested with - Esun PLA + and Bambu Lab PLA Basic, I tried Uzy - but the filament was not very high quality and the hexagons kept warping

Slow down the print if you are having issues with poor quality filament - Buy bambu lab!

printed loads of these baskets to tidy up my painting space, have adjusted the heights to fit in taller bottles. Will probably be printing another dozen over the next few days.

I love the ones you made for the vallejo bottles. Any chance this could be a remix or something? Did you also change the width to get the Vallejo bottles to fit "perfectly" rather than there just not being enough space for them width and length wise? :)

redownload the file, I have adjusted it slightly to help resolve this, also, you can slow you printer down, what filament are you using? I tried UZY, and it really sucked, broken nearly every hexagons. then I used ESUN and BL PLA and PLA+, both were flawless, I did dry all 3 too

Great model, thank you for sharing. I found these look really sharp with a little color change on the top rim. I also used a modifier to make one with a bottom mesh, for a parts rinsing basket. Just what I needed! Boost incoming. When I open the file in Bambu Studio, I am not sure the profile tweaks are coming across for my A1. It appears to be the 0.28 mm Extra Draft setting with no changes at all--I see no orange change marker text. Could you list the profile tweaks so I can double check? (It's also possible I am misunderstanding things and everything is perfect.)

there are no tweaks needed! the walls are thin so the auto settings means they are strong, the only change I made was the 0.28mm draft to make it faster to print - 0.2mm makes it look nicer :)

tried the previous version first time, and got some distortions around the front where the thick edge starts. v2 has printed really well 4 times since! (this is showing the v2 result with some Bambu Basic PLA)

yeah sorry about that. I noticed some discrepancies in the hexagon pattern. I resolved it and quietly pushed out an updated file

Wow these are great! Printed with Elegoo Matte Black pla and it turned out perfect. Please consider making other sizes that are fractions of this size so that I can fit them side by side in drawers.

Usefull box. Thank you. Question: are those artefacts on top of the hexagon a problem of my printer (A1)? I have these with all the filament I used.

the artefacts are a result of the high speed print profile with 0.28mm layer height :) if you want to remove them, slice at 0.2mm but it will take longer to print

I love these baskets! going to be printing a lot more. The red one for some reason had a bunch of little spots on the inside bottom, but it will still work just fine, so far the others have come out darn near perfect! perfect for organizing. 10/10

that filament might need to be dried a little - it could have some trapped moisture :)
