Honda CR-V Trunk Support Replacements

Fits the 3rd Gen Honda CR-V SUV, 2007-2011

If you’ve noticed your original foam supports tearing off or compressing over time, these replacement cubes are a solid fix. They go between the trunk bed layer and the spare tire, and you’ll need to print 4 (plate 1) for a full set. They’re tested to hold about 150 pounds of distributed weight without collapsing. Utilized 4 walls and 5% gyroid infill - for even better strength, you can up the infill percentage, but I found these held up well as-is, and additional infill seemed wasteful.

After printing, lightly sand the top of the cube and use a standard industrial glue (I used E6000) to stick to the underside of the trunk bed liner (you will see glue spots where the old supports were). Let dry according to the E6000 instructions and enjoy not cracking the plastic below your bed liner!
