Description
I had a problem where water was entering the padlock body and freezing the key barrel. Well, I decided to purchase some TPU 95A and gave it a shot. So far, the water appears to be staying away. The model is designed around the Weiser Smartkey Shackle Padlock - 50mm body. It has a shackle thickness of 9mm with 20mm in-between the bars. The model has a slightly smaller diameter opening to create a slight gasket effect. The model will overhang the lock body by about 5 mm to create a drip edge.
