My A1 is eliphants footing pretty bad with files from the handy app. does anyone know how to fix this? is it hardware cause i cant find the settinf that helps fix it within the app. any help is greatly apriciated.(Edited)

Elephants foot on A1. #Troubleshooting My A1 started elephants footing all my prints from the handy app. Fusing print in place joints and generally making it more difficult to remove from the build plate. Tried calibrating it but to no success. Any help would be appreciated. :)(Edited)
