Whenever I start a print with my P1S, the print begins fine (early layers are stacked with minimal issues), but as the print proceeds, the layers aren't attached to each other and they have an almost web-like quality to them. I've had a ton of prints that were successful but in the past months (summer-time where I live), this has happened with all of my prints. Anyone else run into the same issue or know how to fix? I already tried cold pulling a couple times.

Can somebody help with what I might be doing wrong or how to mitigate my issue? I can't get this fidget to print and I would really like it for my autistic grandchild. I have a Bambu P2S. I downloaded the 3mf and fed it into Bambu Studio. I already had Bambu PLA Green loaded in the AMS and went with that (no changes). I washed the Textured plate with dawn and warm water. However, the print is having an adhesion problem on the first layer.
I have previously used this filament for several other prints with no adhesion problems. I di notice the process is using 0.16mm High Quality @BBL P2S vs. the 0.20mm Standard @BBL P2S I normally see. #Troubleshooting(Edited)

#Troubleshooting #Help Center I have this leg part I am printing on my A1 and for some reason when it gets towards the top it starts to shift pretty badly and I can’t figure out why
i have greased and lubed it yesterday. It’s very firmly stuck to the plate so there is no wobble
i am using Gyroid Infill at 40%
and printing on normal speed. I have printed this twice and it has happened both times.

Troubles you can have printing a multicolor model!
I went through a LOOOTTTTT of headache this weekend trying to finish a multi-color model! My AMS 2 Pro went bad when printing the top (multi-color) piece of my Full Sized Gandalf's Staff. At about 60% through the print, the PLA glow started throwing errors every time it loaded and unloaded. You could say I was trying to save that print for the whole day. I would get an error, then once I got past that error, it would flash another error. After that, I might get the print running for one layer, but that only takes about 1 minute. Soo I got hardly any time to do anything while that was happening, and it was happening for 7+ hours. So after doing that for hours, naturally, I stopped the print. But I did make a repair print thankfully. I cut the model at the height of which I stopped the print, then printed that and glued it onto the unfinished infill. I don't know why it did this, maybe its the filament. It was PLA Glow Blue, so it was special filament. I checked the diameter of the filament, and it was the same as other filament. If you have any ideas to what caused this, comment please! In conclusion, my AMS 2 Pro slot 1 is not reading or sensing filaments right now, even though it will pull filament into the printer for some reason. Plus, my other AMS (2 Pro) is currently clogged with a piece of broken filament (I think 😬). Buuut... I finished the model! It turned out great in the end, as you can see (check the link below)! But it is a little more chunky than I thought it was gonna be 😂, maybe V2?!If you have any thoughts or questions, comment!

Hello everyone,
I’m currently struggling with a FEM simulation problem related to 3D printed parts, and I hope someone here has experience with a similar workflow.
My situation:
I designed a part in Autodesk Inventor 2024.
The real part is FDM 3D printed with 10% infill and defined wall thicknesses.
I want to simulate mechanical loads using FEM.
The problem:
Inventor’s FEM simulation treats the model as a fully solid body, which massively overestimates stiffness and strength compared to the real printed part.
This makes the simulation results unrealistic and not comparable to the physical component.
What I am trying to achieve:
I want a CAD model that matches the real printed structure, meaning:
actual wall thicknesses (perimeters),
internal infill geometry (e.g. gyroid / grid),
ideally also reflecting the layered nature of FDM printing.
My idea was:
Start from a STEP (STP) file.
Slice it using Bambu Studio (latest version) with the same print settings as the real part.
Convert the sliced result back into a CAD model (STEP or at least a clean STL) that includes walls and infill.
Use this geometry for FEM simulation.
Software used:
CAD: Autodesk Inventor 2024
Slicer: Bambu Studio (latest version)
My questions:
Is there any known workflow to convert sliced geometry (or G-code) back into a usable CAD or FEM-ready solid?
Are there tools or plugins that can reconstruct infill and perimeters as real geometry?
Or is the recommended approach to use homogenized material models / anisotropic materials instead of real geometry?
How do you realistically simulate FDM parts with low infill in FEM?
Any advice, tools, papers, or real-world experience would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!#FEM #Engineering #Troubleshooting #converter #Questions

Hi! I am very new to the 3D printing world. I just got an H2C and I printed this file for a waste catch bin out of Bambu basic PLA green and black, with black being fed from the AMS right nozzle 0.4mm and green from the spool holder on the left nozzle 0.4mm but it came out like the image you see when swapping between colors. I kept all the settings in bambu studio from the print file here for the 7.5x30 AMS print. Any suggestions on why this may have happened and changes I should make? : https://makerworld.com/en/models/1265042-h2d-h2s-h2c-poop-chute?from=search#profileId-152547#Troubleshooting

Hi
How can I prevent so much filament from entering the interior of the object?
This happens with the multicolour, and I would like it to stay as close to the outline as possible, like the blue one does.
I don't know why it goes so far inside, I can't find anywhere to control that value.
Can anyone help me?

Cyber Brick Flashing Tool - Core Repair
Because its not very good to find, hear is a quick Guide for repairing the CyberBrick Core Module due failed firmware uploads. Click “Reset to Factory Defaults”
(You can also try keep holding the Key button for the entire flashing process if you get still errors)After flashing is complete, the Core should work again via the CyberBrick app.Reinsert the Core into the transmitter or receiver board, connect via the CyberBrick app, and download the latest update.

Hello everyone, I've recently obtained a Bambu Lab P1S and have been enjoying printing ever since getting it. I'm aware I still have to learn a lot but I don't mind.
I've been looking at the Bambu Studio trying to get the hang of it and decided to try to get an external STL to see if I can print it.
After tinkering with the size as it was incorrect when it loaded, I managed to print it just fine.
While there are some issues with the blade edge, I am happy that I got it too work
I've used this model https://www.cgtrader.com/free-3d-print-models/hobby-diy/hobby-accessories/ultimate-buck-120-3d-model
I had the blade loaded with the blade edge down and added supports.
I didn't adjust any other settings rather than add tree supports and re scale the size of both the handle and the blade.
The blade is printed with White PLA from Bambu Lab
I am surprised how smooth the side of the handle are, even if it has rough edges around the grip, I'm still happy with the result.
Questions:
1. Would flipping the blade orientation have prevented the edge issues?
2. Is there a way to fix the blade?
3. Can I use sandpaper to fix the blade? What grit should I use?
4. Any tips for smoothing the grip's top and bottom?

#Help Center #Troubleshooting I can get the PTFT tube out. The problem is is the filament is stuck in there so it’s like I’m just pulling on the PTF tube. That’s pulling on the filament trying to get it out of there and then I end up just putting the PTFT tube back in. Just wanna know if anybody knows how to fix this real quick if not, I’m gonna keep looking things up

Just need some help for some reason I can’t cancel the print. It won’t let me. The print off there already and there is an ABS filament stuck in one of the tubes, so I’m trying to get that out, but it also won’t let me cancel it to be able to heat it up to be able to pull it out of the Nozzle cause it’s kind of stuck in there right now and I don’t wanna pull it out and break something #Questions #Troubleshooting #Help Center
